Website information and project agreements

These terms concern this website. Submitting an inquiry does not create a construction contract, reserve a start date or commit either party to a project. The scope of work, contracting parties, price, payment schedule, responsibilities, changes, warranties and any cancellation rights must be addressed in the agreement for your project.

Website descriptions, illustrations, cost comparisons and timing information are general planning information. Site conditions, design choices, approvals and the written scope affect what is suitable for your property. Do not treat website content as a binding quote, a schedule promise or a substitute for a site assessment.

Subcontractors and project services

Services may be performed in whole or in part by subcontractors. The parties, scope of work and allocation of responsibilities for your project are governed by the applicable written agreement. This provision does not waive any rights or responsibilities that cannot be waived under applicable law.

Contact requests

Provide accurate contact information and only information you are authorized to share. Sending a form asks us to respond to your inquiry using the contact details you provide; it does not enroll you in marketing messages. Our Privacy Policy explains how website information is handled.

Safe and lawful use

Do not use the website to send spam or unlawful material, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation or infringe another person’s rights. Educational pool-care material is general information and is not an offer of ongoing pool maintenance service. Follow applicable safety rules and product instructions, and obtain advice appropriate to your circumstances.

Content and outside links

Website text, designs, images and other materials may be protected by intellectual-property rights. You may browse the site and share links. Other use requires permission from the relevant rights holder unless the law permits it. Images and renderings are illustrative of the settings or concepts shown and do not promise a particular result at another property.

Third-party websites have their own terms and privacy practices. Linking to them does not give us control over their content or services.

Website availability and consumer rights

We may correct or update website information and cannot guarantee uninterrupted access or that every page is free of error. Nothing in these website terms changes the warranties in a signed project agreement, excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, or removes statutory consumer, cancellation or other nonwaivable rights. These terms do not require arbitration or waive a jury trial.

Applicable law and updates

Illinois law applies to these website terms, subject to any mandatory protections that apply to you. Updates will be posted here with a revised date. A website update does not itself amend an existing signed project agreement.
